These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Knock Off Nigels website and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and availability are accurate. However:

Colours may vary depending on device display settings.
Sizes and measurements are approximate.
Packaging may vary from that shown.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order placed via our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A contract is only formed when we issue a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Pricing errors
Stock discrepancies
Suspected fraud
Breach of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. STRICT NO RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final.

Knock Off Nigels does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchase.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to request photographic or other evidence before assessing any claim.

We shall not be responsible for issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised alterations.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information supplied.

5. CREDIT CARD VALIDATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

All card payments are subject to authorisation and validation checks by the issuing bank.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction where fraud is suspected. We may share necessary information with recognised fraud prevention agencies for verification purposes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
Our total liability in connection with any claim relating to goods purchased from us shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for those goods.
We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Government restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or restrict access to our website at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
