Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Knock Off Nigels Limited.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing

  • We only ship Monday to Friday.
  • Must order by 2 pm to get next-day delivery.
  • Orders are processed after full payment authorisation.

  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather disruption

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery delays do not entitle customers to cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required by law.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Ensuring safe and secure receipt of goods

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. If you believe your parcel is lost, you must contact us promptly so we can initiate a courier investigation.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect from a courier depot or collection point

  • Refusal of delivery

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs before re-dispatching the order.


International Orders (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. We are not liable for associated losses.


Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged item(s)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim being declined.
