The Zyliss Swift Dry salad spinner has been designed with unique features including the patented basket that increases airflow and water removal for fluffy and dry vegetables. Operated by pressing the lever, the basket begins to rotate as it draws air through the lid and draws water through the basket's vents. After drying the bowl can be used to serve the salad at the table.
