Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Knock Off Nigels.

1. No Returns – All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Knock Off Nigels does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Statutory Rights (UK Customers)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item is:

Faulty
Damaged upon delivery
Not as described

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to:

Request clear photographic evidence
Request return of the item for inspection
Refuse claims where evidence is insufficient

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in your claim being declined.

3. Fault Assessment

We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper care
Damage caused by third parties

4. Refunds (Where Legally Required)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the affected item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We are not responsible for any bank or card processing delays once a refund has been issued.

5. Incorrect Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including size, quantity, and delivery address, are correct at checkout.

We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect sizes ordered
Incorrect items selected
Failure to read product descriptions

6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and administrative costs before issuing any refund, where applicable.

7. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
